I joined T-Bank as a Senior iOS Developer and moved into engineering management 8 years ago. Over that time I grew a B2B platform direction from a small group to six product teams and ~50 engineers, across a stack of Scala, .NET, iOS, Android, and web. We maintained 99.99% uptime at 4,000 RPS and consistently hit OKR targets above 75%.

In July 2025 I moved to lead a company-wide platform ecosystem initiative — standardising and deduplicating platform capabilities across all of T-Bank engineering. It is one of four strategic IT programmes and the first of its kind at the company.

My background as a hands-on iOS developer still shapes how I think about engineering quality, developer experience, and technical trade-offs.
